How To Make Chicken Steak with Hollandaise Sauce and Vegetable


Ingredients

    1 chicken breast halves
    3 egg yolks, for sauce
    Mix herbs to taste, for chicken breasts
    salt to taste, to the chicken breast and vegetable
    pepper to taste, to the chicken breast and vegetable
    3 cloves garlic, for chicken breast
    2 lemon, and sauce for chicken breasts
    taste of margarine
    5 pieces of green beans
    1/2 slices of carrot


Step

    1. Steak: marinate chicken breasts with lemon juice, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, and garlic (grated or chopped). Let stand

    7. Vegetable: cut green beans and carrots. Heat margarine 1sdm over former teflon pan cook the chicken breast. Put beans and carrots, put a pinch of salt and pepper. Cooking should not be too long. Set aside
   
    Serve steak, sauce, vegetable according to taste. Enjoy! yeahhh
