How To Make Beef Goulash

Beef goulash is a traditional food of the Hungarian state. But we can find these dishes in the traditional recipes in surrounding countries such as: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria and Germany. Why TSB countries also claim to be the typical menu of their country as well? perhaps because of the past history of the countries they will ever be the one under the Austro-Hungarian Empire. My recipe is the combined result of two cookbook collection that I had (Chech cookery & 20 Hungarian Recipes).
